Aaron (Florence, SC) and Will (Greenville, SC) met at Clemson University and have been friends ever since. After college, Aaron spent five years coaching high school and college basketball, while Will worked with athletes in college football and the NFL. With practices, lifts, games, and travel, they spent every day around people dedicated to training and recovery.

Over time, they kept hearing the same thing: protein mattered, but getting it in wasn’t always convenient or easy. Shakes felt heavy, powders were messy, and most options weren’t something you’d want to drink throughout the day. They saw an opportunity to create something simpler — a clean, refreshing drink that combined hydration and protein without the bulk of a traditional shake.
